If you’re not getting the results you want from life… it’s probably because you’ve allowed someone else to design your life plan. Your parents, your spouse, your boss, the government, even your friends will be happy to plan your life for you. But that’s not the fast track to success – if anything its the slow boat to mediocrity.
Success is a do it to yourself proposition that starts by writing down your goals and designing the life you want and deserve and then taking significant action to achieve it. That’s the essence of MBA – Mind-Body in Action.
You’ve probably seen the news stories about multimillion dollar lottery winners who spend all their winnings in 4 or 5 years or the university study that suggested that if all the money in the world were taken from rich and poor alike and then everyone in the world given an equal share – that in 18 months, 274 days and 9 hours – the rich would be rich again and the poor would be poor again.
Its not about the money – its that the poor never had a plan to have money in the first place and once they got it – they never had a plan to keep it. Remember the Harvard grads – after 20 years the 3% group had made more money than the all the rest combined. Remember, the first step they took was to write down their goals and objectives and design a plan to achieve those. That’s the first key step in the MBA process and you can do it simply by picking up pen and paper.
