I’ve added  a new page and category called Biz Tools.  It would be very hard to do any real work or acheive any real success without web site tools.  Here’s my definition of a web site tool along with my first recommendation.  Note:  Many of these are affiliate links… so if that offends you… see my legal page.

Tool:  Anything that makes your job easier, saves time, or best of all – does it for you.  Website Editors, auto-responders, web hosts, link management tools, blog plugins, themes for sites and blogs,  product download managers all save you tons of time and automate the everyday process you use to make money, plus they help you protect your intellectual property and earnings.  Here are a few I know work…  because I use them myself.

 DLGuard – Download Guard & Shopping Cart. 

If you’re selling any type of digital product such as an ebook or software you’ll need a shopping cart to handle the transaction and then you’re simply got to protect your income by protecting your download area.  Hiding it and adding a password won’t come close to protecting your product.  After you’ve spent huge amounts of time and money designing a product and setting up the marketing – Why leave them totally exposed to internet thieves and bots to steal?  My recommendation is DLGuard.  You can use it for digital delivery, building your list, and creating membership areas, and it works with PayPal, Clickbank and a host of others.
